If you loved ballet as a child, or like me always dreamed of being a ballet dancer then this is the class for you.
This faster paced class incorporates ballet moves, yoga postures and fitness all within 45 minutes. So if you wanted to go to yoga but do not like the relaxation session then this class is perfect for you. Regulars from my yoga classes have said this class has helped them to go deeper into postures as the “barre” (or in our case the chair) helps them with balance and stability.
Classes are held at Walmer Parish Hall on Tuesdays for a 7.30pm start.
