Attending Freestyle Fitness Yoga classes was the start of the journey to completing my Level 3 yoga diploma.  I loved that this fitness based yoga qualification focused more on anatomy and physiology rather than the more traditional elements of yoga.

My training and practice has continued and as a Biomechanics Trainer I believe this has enhanced the way I teach and practice yoga.

Movement, breath and energy are key elements to many of my classes.
